New Communication Formats for the Performing Arts

Which communication formats are needed for the independent performing arts? Which formats are adequate, looking at their goals, conditions and particularities. A handbook is being created to answer these and other questions: New, innovative as well as “classic” formats of communication within the independent performing arts are being collected, tested and made accessible to the members of the community as an inspiring and supportive handbook. After an introductory speech about audience communication and communication formats, the goals of this handbook will be presented, practical information will be provided and questions will be answered.

Nathalie Frank and Swetlana Gorich from the Performing Arts Program cooperate with Dr. Ute Pinkert, one of the most renowned researchers in the field of theater education and transformative communication processes.
