On the Margins? Children’s and Youth Theater and Its Position During the Pandemic

Children and young people are the “losers of the pandemic” – this expression is being heard more and more frequently in the discourses. How do venues in children's and youth theater currently work? How are they able to maintain the programming they offer in this genre? What strategies to prevent infections as well as to maintain audiences of the various performance venues developed? Over the course of an open round of exchange, we invite all working in the field, artists as well as leaders and staff members of performance venues to share their experiences and the resulting insights and strategies that they have derived with each other.
